Collection
Collecting from store is now made easy. You can place and order online or by phone and select you preferred collection date. 24 hours is required before you can collect your order.
Delivery
We provide a delivery service through DPD. We currently deliver to all Mainland UK postcodes, below details the delivery format.
Monday order - Wednesday Delivery.
Tuesday order - Thursday Delivery.
Wednesday (Before 5pm) - Friday Delivery. As we close at 5pm, any order made after 5pm, will be pushed to a Thursday order and delivery will be made on Tuesday.
Thursday - Friday Order - Tuesday Delivery.
Maximum Order price for delivery is £100, anything above this price will have to be collected.

Packaging
Your order is kept cool in transit as we use a one-piece foil insulated box, the order is packed along with specially designed gel ice packs.
The insulated box should insure there is no leakage and is compact and sturdy. Temperatures are probed before the product to insure that the product is cool when being delivered. The water-based gel packs, which are frozen, ensure that the product will be kept at temperature for up to 48 hours.
Disposing of Boxes and Ice Packs
Cardboard Box
Remove the foil from within the box, this can be put into general waste. The box can be recycled.
Ice Packs
The ice packs within the order contain food safe gel. You can dispose of the gel by cutting the edge of the gel pack and pouring the gel down the sink. You can dispose of the gel packaging in general waste. Alternatively, you can pop the gel packs in the freezer and re-use when required.
