Customers are asked to take a picture of the requested return product and send us this at email@example.com, this should include the sticker which indicates the use-by date. PK Foods can then confirm a refund or send out a fresh product at the request of the customer.
Once refunds are confirmed, we ask that customers dispose of the product as once the bag has been opened, we cannot reuse this product. We ask that when the product is collected for an exchange, that it be placed in a fridge and not brought up above 5 degrees, as this will preserve the life of the product up to its full shelf life.
Cancellations will be allowed up to the point of collection. As soon as the product is collected, then we can no longer refund.
